The Chestnut & Elm Bunkhouses sleep 5 guests comfortably. These rentals are a 10’x16’ one-room building in a shaded area. They have 1 full size bunk bed, and 3 twin bunk beds. They include a table & chairs, mini fridge, AC & Heat, 2 electrical outlets and overhead lighting. A picnic table & fire ring also on site. No Smoking. Pet Friendly. Both bunkhouses have a step up to the entrance.
You will need to bring: bedding / linens, cooking utensils, kitchen items, stove, lawn chairs, grill, and personal items.

Things to Know
All Rentals are No Smoking
Renter will be liable for any damages to fixtures or rental. 2 night minimum stay is required – Holiday weekends required a 3 night minimum.
A one night deposit is required to make a reservation.
Cabin Rental Check In: 4:00 PM
Cabin Rental Check Out: 11:00 AM
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CABIN RENTALS
Cabin Cancellations with over 14 days’ notice receive a full refund minus a $20 fee. 14 days or less notice will receive no refund of the full reservation amount. Transfers with over 14 days’ notification have no fees. Cabin reservations may not be transferred within 14 days of the reservation date. Cancellations may now be made online.
Campground no shows: All reservations will be charged the full reservation amount.
*Please note that online booking fees are non-refundable.
